What I mean to say is that you have to continue taking required amount of food like fruits and vegetables and fulfil your body’s requirement. Weight lose is not a rapid process!

Naturally out bodies are not designed to lose weight rapidly or suddenly. And if one loses weight rapidly, it’s almost obvious that they might have used some medicines. So if someone who you saw a couple of months back with a lot of fat, and now has reduced it suddenly, claims that they did it naturally, is a big liar. Raw food like salad and natural food are best to lose weight fast and easy.

One of my friends, 98kg, recently started his weight lose program after getting failed to achieve his target with the help of medicines. It’s been two months since he’s started going to gym. He does forty five minutes of jogging and then does abs and light weight lifting for half an hour. H has reduced 10 kgs in 2 months. It might not seem too much. But actually it’s a quite rapid process. He was the fan of Pizza, Lasania and all the other heavy foods. Of course, he had to give up on all that. Now he takes salad in the afternoon and BBQ for dinner.
He’s felt weakness a few days back and after I asked him, it was revealed that he doesn’t have dinner. I made him give up this idea and take healthy and light food and must fulfill his body requirement. He followed me and now he’s doing more exercise and doesn’t feel any more weakness.  All he has done is made up a target to lose his weight within 6 months and mentain it to 65-70 kg and hopefully he’d achieve his target before the time limit.
