Being fat naturally is of course not one’s fault. But being fat and not trying to get thin is absolutely a failure. If you are looking for some short-cuts and aren’t ready to work-out or exercise, you can’t lose your weight naturally  and so you don’t belong here. Here I’m trying to help those who are sincere with their health and want to get thin safely. No one is perfect in this world but if the efforts are put in the right direction, everything becomes possible easily. Here I’ll list some (free) guidelines that could be used to get thin faster and safer, which means naturally. Everyone needs to work something out to get rid of or transform their negative features into positive ones.

Of course, there are plenty of pills and medicines available which may make you loss weight in multiple kilograms and get thin within days. But these short-cuts are sure to leave very serious side effects within your body and may cause you to lose your lever, kidneys or any other organ in a couple of years later. However, you will get thin at the cost of your life!

I’m sure what I’m going to mention here is absolutely what I did and how I reduced my weight in number of kilograms and got rid of fat quickly and easily. Being a student and on job person, I have never got much time for exercise and I have been very much fond of eating too much as well. So what I really did to get thin was that I kept my diet under control and just avoided fast foods, hamburgers and pizzas which I ate often before I started my getting thin process.

Best Get Thin Natural Diet

Remember, you have to get thin smartly and need to look smarter or pretty after getting thin, and you don’t have to get sick or unhealthy. What I mean to say is that you have to continue taking required amount of food like fruits and vegetables and fulfil your body’s requirement. Otherwise lack of diet will negatively hit the efficiency of your brain as well as your body. Which means you will get thin although but at the same time you will lose your efficiency, thinking and working capability. Some people say that you have to consume lesser calories than what you burn while doing exercise. It doesn’t work that way. The more you eat, more you gain energy and so the more exercise you can do. But too much fat rich diet should be avoided.

 

The honest and the best way to get thin is to balance your nutrition with your exercise and daily routine. Unless these three are in synchronization with each other, you are not going to get immediate results! Below is the list of some physical exercises which should be done along with the mentioned diet for the best results. I can guarantee you that if you stick to this plan you’d lose weight in the next 2 to 3 months . Another way to lose weight and become healthy is cycling. Your exercises don’t have to be special ones like Yoga, etc. There are very simple exercises which are enough to get thin easily.

Exercises:

  • Jogging (not just walking but running slowly) 3.5-4 kilometers daily.
  • Taking small sips of orange juice or lemon juice while jogging.
  •  Abs exercise after jogging
  • Side abs workout
  • Push up
  • Pull ups
  • Warm shower for 5 minutes after exercise

 

The above mentioned set of exercises should be performed daily and should not take more than an hour. Remember, you have to use a “hoodie” while doing any of these exercises. This is exactly what I had preferred and have had a very good result of course.

  • Water- 5 liters a day
  • Green tea or black coffee instead of tea- two times a day
  • Sea foods
  • Salad and fruits
  • Boiled or roasted meat
  • Use of vegetable oil
  • Barbecued chicken
  • Skimmed milk

Here it should be understood that you can eat anything that you want but you have to avoid fat rich diet as much as you can. You don’t need to start eating less in order to get thin. I honestly did not give too much importance to my diet but to my exercise.  Daily Routine:

  • Wake up at 6:30 in the morning
  • Do exercise in the morning
  • Have lunch at 1pm
  • Have siesta for at least half an hour
  • Have dinner at 8pm
  • Sleep at 11pm
  • Try not to sleep more than 7-8 hours a day. Not even if you are already thin.

Make sure that you follow this routine and it is guaranteed that within 2-3 months you will definitely observe the results and you’ll start getting thin noticeably.

Getting thin, skinny and smarter is absolutely not a difficult task to achieve. You have to focus on the results you want or your weight reducing target each week. Once you have your target, your efficiency to workout gets better. Again, don’t make goals that consists months or weeks. But just think about the outcomes that you want in a week. All the above mentioned methods have been adopted by me after consulting with many instructors and coaches and I can assure the best results and also that you’d get thin if you follow these guidelines.

I saw people viewing at charts mentioning number of calories they could lose. They literally don’t lose nothing because its not possible for them to do that many exercises and avoid diet mentioned in those charts. There are many useless exercises and ways mentioned in the charts. what I mean to say is don’t follow the charts but do normal exercises with passion and don’t make it a burden upon yourself.  You now need to stop asking how to lose weight and start losing weight and get thin.
